For women and men · Dosed from your labs · Monitored over time
Why It Matters
Hormones shift with age, surgery, stress, pregnancy and many medical conditions, including menopause, andropause, estrogen dominance and PCOS. When they fall out of balance, you can feel it as fatigue, poor sleep, hot flashes, low libido, mood changes, brain fog, weight gain or loss of strength.
Bioidentical hormones have the same molecular structure as the hormones your body makes. Your plan is dosed from your testing and adjusted at follow-up, so you’re never left on autopilot.

Your Options
Care through perimenopause and menopause, using estradiol, progesterone and vaginal estradiol, with testosterone when it’s appropriate for you.
Testosterone therapy as a topical cream or gel, or an injection under the skin or into the muscle, and enclomiphene to support your body’s own production.
Blood work plus DUTCH dried urine testing, which maps your hormones, how your body breaks them down, and your cortisol rhythm through the day.
Follow-up labs check your levels, your blood counts and how your body is processing hormones, so your dose stays where it should be.
Testing
If you’re still having periods, your hormone levels change throughout the month, so a single random blood draw can be misleading. DUTCH testing collected at the right point in your cycle gives a clearer picture of your hormones and cortisol.
Hormone therapy is used to relieve symptoms and support quality of life. It isn’t a treatment to prevent heart disease, dementia or cancer, and every option has risks that Dr. St. Marie reviews with you before you start and watches with follow-up labs.

Questions
Every hormone therapy has benefits and risks that depend on your age, health history and dose. Dr. St. Marie reviews yours before you start, and follow-up labs keep your levels where they should be.

It depends on the hormone. Options include creams and gels, injections and vaginal estradiol, and we choose the form that fits your body, your labs and your routine.
The practice doesn’t bill commercial insurance. Visits are self-pay, superbills are available, and members get discounted lab pricing.
Often, yes. Hormones work together with growth hormone and metabolism, so your plan can include sermorelin or medical weight loss when they fit.
