Visits are by appointment only. New patients start with a free discovery call, and existing patients can book online or call the office.
Three Ways to Start
A short call to talk through what’s going on and make sure the practice is the right fit before your first visit.
Scheduling, intake forms and your patient portal run through Jane. A card is kept on file to hold your appointment, and the cancellation policy is shown when you book.
Calling lets us understand your situation and schedule the right amount of time for your visit. If no one can answer, we’re helping another patient and will call you back as soon as we can.
Visit Types
Your first in-depth visit, either osteopathic or integrative medical. An osteopathic consultation can include your first treatment unless imaging is needed first.
Follow-up visits of 45 to 60 minutes, each with a whole-body treatment.
Hour-long visits for medical care, follow-ups and plan reviews.
Telemedicine is available, and home visits can be arranged when you’re too sick or in too much pain to come in.
Members can reach Dr. St. Marie directly by text and phone, including after hours. Learn about membership.
Before Your Visit
If your history is complex, write out a timeline of injuries, surgeries, hospital stays and specialist visits, and bring imaging reports and recent labs. It lets us spend your visit on the details that matter.
Flexible clothing like workout or yoga wear works best. Skip jeans, belts and dress shirts.
Family and friends are welcome in your visit. Let us know if you plan to bring more than two people.
Questions
The practice doesn’t bill commercial insurance. Visits are self-pay, and superbills are available for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Yes, for osteopathic treatment, at any age including newborns. Concierge primary care is for adults 18 and older, and children keep their pediatrician.
