How Does EMFACE Work?

At Osteopathic Health of Orlando, we are excited to offer EMFACE to patients interested in attaining facial lift, wrinkle reduction, and skin rejuvenation. EMFACE is a one-of-a-kind facial treatment which targets muscles and skin simultaneously to tighten, lift, and tone the face and helps restore the facial contours — all without pain, downtime or the use of needles.

EMFACE™ uses Synchronized RF and HIFES™ technology. Sync RF technology targets the skin by firming, lifting and tightening it, while HIFES™ technology selectively targets muscles to increase their density and the quality of their structure, restoring their support of facial tissues and creating a lifting effect without needles.

EMFACE Submentum targets and strengthens the digastric muscle under the chin while also eliminating fat tissue in the area and tightening the jawline. It has revolutionized the treatment of excess tissue under the jawline (“double chin”) so much so that plastic surgery and submental liposuction is being replaced with this non-invasive technology.

EMFACE can also be used off-label to restore facial asymmetry in patients who have suffered from facial nerve (“Bell’s”) palsy or a cerebrovascular event (stroke).
