The terms that apply when you use the Osteopathic Health and Regenerative Medicine website and our text messaging (SMS) program.
By using osteopathic.healthcare or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the messaging program.
This website and the text messaging program described below are operated by Osteopathic Health and Regenerative Medicine (also known as Osteopathic Health of Orlando), the medical practice of Shawn St. Marie, D.O., 4625 Halder Lane, Suite C, Orlando, FL 32814, (407) 506-4776.
The content on this website is for general education only and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or care. Using this website, submitting a form, chatting with us, or exchanging text messages does not create a physician-patient relationship; that relationship begins only after an in-person or telehealth evaluation. Individual results vary, and some services we offer are elective. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use our website, chat, or text messaging for emergencies.
Visits are by appointment only. You can schedule by phone at (407) 506-4776 or through our online booking platform. Cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms are provided when you book and at intake.
Program: Osteopathic Health and Regenerative Medicine Text Messaging. When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Osteopathic Health and Regenerative Medicine at the mobile number you provided.
Each type of consent is optional and separate. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving care.
You can opt in by checking the text-message consent box(es) on a form on our website or in our website chat, or by providing consent at our office. Consent boxes are never pre-checked.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Standard text messaging is not encrypted. We will not send detailed medical information by text, and we ask that you not text us sensitive health information. Text messaging is not monitored for emergencies — call 911 in an emergency.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to Osteopathic Health and Regenerative Medicine or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
This website links to services operated by others, such as our online booking platform and map providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or messaging program after an update means you accept the updated terms.
